Our Commitment

We want you to be genuinely happy with MagicAgent. If it's not right for your workflow, we'll make it right. This policy covers all MagicAgent products — the CRM subscription and the standalone Quote Builder.

MagicAgent CRM — Monthly Plan

Every monthly plan includes a 14-day free trial with no card required. You have the full trial period to explore every feature before you're charged anything.

  • Cancel any time during the trial and you won't be charged — ever
  • After your first charge, the subscription is non-refundable for that billing period
  • Cancel any time and you'll retain access until the end of the period you've paid for
  • No cancellation fees, no questions

If something went wrong — a technical issue, an accidental charge — email us within 7 days and we'll look after you.

MagicAgent CRM — Annual Plan

Annual plans are upgraded from a monthly plan and represent a larger commitment, so we offer a 30-day refund window from the date of your first annual charge.

  • Request a full refund within 30 days of your annual billing date
  • After 30 days, annual plans are non-refundable for the remainder of the year
  • You'll retain access until the end of your annual period regardless

MagicAgent Quote Builder — One-Time Purchase

The standalone Quote Builder carries a 30-day money-back guarantee. No questions asked — if it doesn't work for you, you get your money back.

  • Email us within 30 days of your purchase date
  • Your licence is revoked on refund; please delete local copies of the tool
  • Any PDF quotes you've already exported are yours to keep

How to Request a Refund

Email hello@magicday.today with the following:

  • Your name and the email address used to purchase
  • Your Stripe receipt number (found in your purchase confirmation email)
  • Which product you're requesting a refund for

We'll process your refund within 5 business days. Refunds are returned to your original payment method via Stripe.

Exceptions

Refunds will not be issued where:

  • The refund window for that product has passed
  • The purchase was made fraudulently or in violation of our Terms of Service
  • A refund has already been issued for the same purchase

We reserve the right to decline requests that appear to be abuse of this policy.

A Note on UK & EU Consumer Law

Under UK and EU consumer law, digital products and subscription services may carry specific cancellation rights. Where our policy is more generous than what's legally required, our policy applies. Where the law gives you more, the law applies. We'd always rather do right by you than argue about it.
